Tuition Fees
Tuition fees depend on the course and the work carried out.
The school has a stock of recent computers equipped with professional software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Rhino, 3DsMax, ProTools, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.). However, it is advisable to have a personal laptop from the second year.
The school also has a number of specialist workshops (metalwork, screen printing, carpentry, 3D printing, robotics and laser cutting). These specialist tools are available free of charge to students. Students must purchase consumables.
The school provides students with a materials discount card which allows them to buy consumables at a reduced price.
The school also has a general store from which students can borrow audio-visual equipment, small tools and consumables for workshops.
Finally, as decided by the teaching staff, aid in the form of supplies is allocated to final year students, or exceptionally, to students in other years, to facilitate the completion of certain projects. Every year the school organises several study trips for which a contribution is requested from participants.

Insurance
Student Civil Liability Insurance
Every student enrolled at TALM must provide a certificate of civil liability insurance for the coming academic year. The student must be covered financially if they cause harm or loss to a third party in the course of their private or university life.
Individual Accident Insurance
Every student enrolled at TALM must provide a certificate of individual accident insurance for the coming academic year.
Depending on the insurer, both the civil liability and individual accident insurance may appear on the same certificate.
Abaho Membership
Abaho (Association Beaux-Arts Hôtel d’Olonne) participates in the school’s activities by providing student services and funding study trips and international exchanges.
The € 15 annual subscription fee is compulsory for all TALM students.
Deposit Cheques
Cleaning premises
Please note, this section only applies to students at Angers and Le Mans. Students at Tours are exempt from this deposit.
Students must participate in maintaining workshop facilities. To ensure respectful behaviour and optimal conditions for working together, a deposit of € 50 (payable by cheque to ABAHO) is requested from each student when they enrol or re-enrol.
Equipment Loan Guarantee
The school provides students with expensive books and materials. For this reason, every student is asked to provide a deposit of € 450 (payable by cheque to ABAHO). This deposit protects against any risk of deterioration, loss or damage to books and equipment.
Student Card
Students are given a free student card when they first enrol. Please note that this card must be kept throughout their studies at TALM. If the first card is lost, a fixed charge of € 15 is payable for a replacement card.
Student status is granted to students from the first year.
This status allows them to benefit from university services: restaurants, accommodation (contact the CROUS).
