Formerly St Martin’s chapel, the Petit-Saint-Martin chapel is now an annexe of the TALM-Tours School of Art and Design and is occupied by Sculptural Works students on the Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage course. The chapel, which was built in the 14th century, has a total floor space of 600 m² with four floors including a basement.

The main entrance is on the ground floor which houses a glyptotheque. The ground floor is where students work on stone cutting (directly and indirectly using a pantograph) and moulding. The first floor is where students work with wood. Drawing, modelling and sculpture classes are held on the second floor.
 Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage students spend a lot of time in the Petit-Saint-Martin chapel over the three years of their undergraduate studies.
